PRICING
Here at Print Dot Com we endeavour to maintain a competitive price on all products we sell. Sometimes we have to make a call on price versus quality.We NEVER sacrifice quality for price. Contact usHERE for any issues you may have on pricing.  Our prices in general are in New Zealand Dollars and INCLUDE GST. Our freight prices are very close to their final figure but ALWAYS INDICATIVE! We spend some time on ensuring that our freight options are realistic and competitive. For this reason we always CONFIRM freight costs PRIOR to any credit card transaction, Internet banking or cheque transaction. AN EXCEPTION is Image Print where we initially price in US Dollars. ORDERING PROCESS
When placing an order via our secure and encrypted site the following process should take place after you have completed selecting the products you wish to purchase.

Go to the shopping basket where a summary of purchases is displayed (click on the shopping basket logo at the bottom of the page).

Confirm your preferred freight option, based on total order weight (freight choices offered are pre determined on a weight basis). 

A new final price will be calculated and displayed based on the total weight of the purchase and the freight option chosen.

You will be asked to select a payment method. NOTE If you use the browser safari in either a Mac or PC when you click in the payment method box a selection WILL NOT automatically appear, you need to type in the letters CRE and at that point you will see a loading icon appear and in a few seconds a choice will appear.

WHICHEVER payment method you use the displayed final price is a provisional one and subject to confirmation BEFORE any debiting of your credit card or request to transfer funds to our account is made. This is due to the large variation in delivery costs around New Zealand. Product pricing unless it is stated as indicative in the product description is actual. ONLY the freight component is variable.

In particular your credit card will NOT be transacted at the time you are requested to fill out the details as part of your purchase. These details are sent to us for varification and authorisation only. The final amount will ALWAYS be conveyed to you prior to actual transaction. If you make a credit card purchase you will receive an email referring to your credit card being validated/authorised, this ONLY refers to validation of the card as genuine, not that the transaction has taken place.

ALL transactions are carried out on our secure and encrypted website. These include a shipping and billing form to fill out and credit card or internet banking details.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
 

This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from Print Dot Com. Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully as they contain very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Security

We value your custom and as such have taken measures to provide you with a secure purchasing environment. Your Visa or Mastercard  details can be placed on your order through this secure site. All orders are processed as “card not present” and will be processed only after the final cost of the order has been confirmed.

Print Dot Com Ltd does not take any responsibility for the misuse or fraudulent use of credit card information by anyone placing an order but will however ensure that if they suspect any fraudulent use, they will contact the appropriate authorities to seek verification before processing.  

Price and Payment Terms

The total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. All prices quoted include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment for the products must be received before despatch unless agreed to prior to placement of the order. Orders are not binding upon Print Dot Com Ltd until accepted by Print Dot Com Ltd. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, however INDICATIVE shipping costs are given in each item ordered, you choose from a selection based on total item weight, these will be confirmed with you and added to the order.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by the following methods. Please note payment is required before products are despatched.

  • Visa & MasterCard Card details can be put through with your online order or phoned or faxed through. Once payment is authorised your products will be shipped.

  • Internet banking Payment can be made direct to our bank account.  Please make sure your payment includes your name in the Payee Reference section so that we can identify your payment, failure to do may cause delays in your products being shipped.

  • Payment by cheque Once your cheque has been cleared your products will be shipped

 Shipping and Title

Please note certain consumables and items (eg. Printers, Eco Shield or large orders) may require special shipping and handling charges, or procedures and may incur additional charges.

Print Dot Com Ltd will arrange shipping of the products to your address, once you have confirmed the method chosen. Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery and must be signed for. We cannot courier to P O Boxes so a physical address must be supplied.

The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase invoice/receipt. We will inform you of estimated shipment dates if later than 3-5 working days, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, transportation failure, or acts of God.

Inspection of Products upon Receipt

You must examine the products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing or incorrect, you must notify Print Dot Com Ltd immediately upon receipt. Print Dot Com Ltd will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Please retain all packaging for insurance claim purposes. All goods accepted as damaged or incorrect will need to be returned to Print Dot Com Ltd and this will be arranged by Print Dot Com Ltd.

 

Product Warranties:

All new product purchased from Print Dot Com Ltd is warranted by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will vary and be dependent on the type of product. Warranty claims on materials used in a non professional environment may be declined if excessive wear is present or the correct application is not adhered to as per the instructions given for the product, for example  Ecoshield.  This does not apply to faulty or defective product which will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act when applicable.

 International orders

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (12.5% Tax). International customers can purchase GST free. This only applies to orders we export to a non New Zealand delivery address. The GST will be removed at the confirmed pricing stage of placing your order. Please note for international orders we can accept direct deposit of money into our nominated bank account or transaction through Visa or Mastercard. Any documentation required to import products into your company is your care, we supply the invoice only. Manufacturers warranties may be compromised on some items shipped overseas.
